A Windows tool designed for the operations and maintenance of IEC61850 stations and IEDs, featuring testing, monitoring, and control capabilities. It functions as both an IEC61850 client and server, supporting up to Edition 2.0 features. The tool can scan networks or load engineering models to identify, connect, and discover IED data models, and monitor and control their states.
